Touqeer Ahmed Seehar

Mr Touqeer is a prominent lawyer from Karachi, who holds the rights of audience in the High Courts of Pakistan, but whose primary practice is situated at the Sindh High Court at Karachi and High Court of Baluchistan at Quetta, whereas he regularly appears before the different courts in Sindh under his name, and as the Senior Partner of the firm, dealing in Constitutional, Administrative, Services and Property, Taxation, and finance matters He also regularly appears in cases relating to Anti-Terrorism and Narcotics. Mr Touqeer heads corporate and litigation with his team of lawyers working under him.

He graduated in law from Sindh University and completed his LLM in taxation Laws from the University of Karachi. He is also a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Economics. He holds an experience of more than a decade in taxation, services, banking, constitutional, transactional, finance, family, civil and Anti-Terrorism matters.
