Muhammad Hashim Sairani

Mr Hashim has been with us since the foundation of the firm. He holds a B.A.LL.B Hons from the Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law, is certified from Sindh Judicial Academy and is a Member of Sindh Bar Council, Karachi Bar Association and Karachi Tax Bar Association.

Hashim works as a Senior Associate in our litigation team and has extensive commercial/civil litigation, criminal litigation and trial experience. His principal areas of practice are property registration, conveyancing, banking law, family law and labour laws. He appears regularly in the Civil Courts, High Court, Federal Services Tribunal and Labour Courts. His expertise includes litigation, documentation and drafting with respect to Taxation, Corporate, Banking, IP, Customs, Family Law and Property Law as well as filing of Intellectual Property documents before the Trade mark Registry, Patent Office and Copyright Registry.
