Agha Ameer Mukhtiar

Mr Ameer holds a B.A.L.L.B. (Hons) from the University of Karachi, and a bachelor’s degree in Political science, is an Accredited Mediator, is certified by IMF in Public Financial Management, is also certified from Harvard Business School in Leadership Principles and is a member of the Sindh Bar Council, Karachi Bar association, and Karachi Tax Bar Association.

Mr Ameer is one of the founding partners of the firm, He has extensive experience in drafting banking and finance contracts (including branchless banking contracts), company incorporation and pre-incorporation contracts, outsourcing services contracts, transport and logistics contracts and various other commercial and corporate contracts and has expertise in drafting opinions and legal notices with respect to commercial, corporate and criminal matters.

Ameer is an important part of our litigation team and has extensive commercial/civil litigation, criminal litigation, taxation and trial experience, Ameer’s principal areas of experience are litigation, Incorporation of Companies, Firms, Associations, Trade Unions, Societies, Trust and Convincing, Ameer also undertakes prosecution of all types of Civil matters i.e., Property, Rent, Family, Labour, Industrial Disputes, Banking, Corporate Cases.
